"No one ever got back to me"
I tried reaching out to Ty Ty Nursery about my order it felt like I was just talking into the air. I sent an email, waited a few days, then sent another one, and still didn’t really get anything useful back.
All I wanted was a simple update, nothing complicated. But there was no clear answer, just a bunch of waiting around and wondering what was going on with my order.
The whole customer service side feels like nobody is actually there checking messages. Frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously get better at replying to people

"Tracking Never Really Updated"
My order tracking just sat there for days without changing, which made me feel like nobody really knew what was going on. I reached out to support, but the response didn’t give me any clear answer or reassurance. From my point of view, it felt frustrating and a bit like I was left guessing

"Not really worth the price"
the prices felt way too high for what I ended up getting and I kept hoping the quality would make it feel worth it but it just didn’t, so I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

"My order did show up, but the packaging…"
My order did show up, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was thin and crushed on one side, and there was barely any padding inside. Luckily nothing was actually broken, but it definitely didn’t feel like much care went into packing it. Kind of gives the impression they’re trying to save money on shipping materials more than making sure orders arrive safely. I expected better

"Promises Didn’t Match Reality"
I was really hoping this would work like they said it would, but it ended up being a total letdown. They made it sound like pests and disease wouldn’t be an issue, and that definitely wasn’t my experience. I still had problems with both, i wouldn’t use it again.

"They sprouted, but not much happened"
I ordered a few of these and planted them, hoping they’d take off well, but the growth was kind of weak. A couple came up, which was nice to see at first, but then they just didn’t really do much after that. Some never seemed to get going at all. Maybe it was the soil or the weather, I don’t know, but overall they didn’t grow as well as I expected

The roots showed up really dry, like dry dry, and unfortunately most of them never ended up growing. I was hoping they’d bounce back, but they just didn’t, didn’t really do much at all

"Instructions were confusing"
Had a hard time following the planting instructions. Felt kind of scattered and not very clear. Had to look up basic info elsewhere, which was annoying after already ordering the plants. Maybe works fine for other people, but for me it just made the whole planting process more confusing than it needed to be.

"Showed in stock, but wasn’t"
I ordered from Ty Ty Nursery because the item clearly said it was in stock, so I figured I was good to go. After I paid, they told me it actually wasn’t available and that I’d either need to wait or change my order. that’s frustrating. If something isn’t in stock, it shouldn’t let you check out in the first place. I’m curious if other people have had the same experience with them, because this really felt like a waste of time. I won’t be ordering again.

"Not really what I was hoping for"
I don’t know, these just didn’t seem right to me. The bulbs looked kind of weak when I got them, and a few were soft in the bag. I planted them anyway, but they didn’t grow like I expected. Maybe I missed something, but overall I wasn’t happy with the quality.

"It arrived looking pretty much half…"
It arrived looking pretty much half dead, which was really disappointing. I’m not sure if it sat around too long before being shipped or if someone just rushed it out hoping I wouldn’t notice, but it definitely didn’t feel like much care went into the order. I was expecting it to arrive healthy and ready to go, not barely hanging on.

I ordered a bunch of plants from tytyga.com and only a few made it after I planted them... I followed the instructions and everything, so that was frustrating. Not really what I expected and I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Stuck in a support loop with no real fix"
I had a problem with my order and trying to get it sorted out was frustrating. Every time I reached out, it felt like I was getting passed around or sent the same generic replies instead of an actual solution. The responses were slow too, so I just ended up stuck in this support loop with nothing really getting fixed. Felt brushed off overall, and I wouldn’t order from tytyga.com again.

"My order arrived with the box completely..."
My order arrived with the box completely crushed on one side, and the plant looked like it had been through a lot. There was dirt all over the inside, a few branches were broken, and overall it just looked sad by the time it got to me. I understand shipping plants isn’t always easy, but it really should’ve been packed better. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help afterward and getting different answers depending on who I talked to. One person made it sound like they could help, then another gave me a totally different response. Just a disappointing experience all around, and I don’t think I’d order again.
